Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of redinkpictures.com (the “Site”), operated by Red Ink Pictures (“Red Ink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

Red Ink provides film production, screenwriting, producing, assistant directing, brand management, and personal styling services, along with related services offered through trusted partners. Information on the Site, including descriptions, rates, and availability, is provided for general information and may change at any time.

Consultations, quotes, and estimates are not binding offers. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Using the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or republish Site content without permission;
• interfere with the Site's security or operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form;
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including film stills, trailers, posters, photographs, artwork, writing, logos, and design, is owned by Red Ink, Sonia Michelle Yetming, or our collaborators and licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including downloading, reproducing, or distributing content, requires our prior written permission.

Client work is owned and licensed as set out in each client's written agreement.

Client portals

Personal styling clients may receive a private portal page. Portal links are confidential and intended only for the client they were issued to. Please do not share your link. If you believe your link has been shared or accessed without permission, contact us and we will issue a new one.

Information you send us

When you contact us, book a consultation, or submit a project inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any materials you send. Unsolicited scripts, pitches, and creative materials are submitted at your own discretion; we cannot guarantee confidentiality unless we have agreed to it in writing. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control, such as partner pages, community platforms, streaming sites, and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers
