Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you use redinkpictures.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact, consultation, onboarding, or project form, email us, or work with us as a client, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, project details, budget, and any files or links you send. Personal styling clients may also share sizes, style preferences, and photos.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Payments. If you pay an invoice or make a donation, payment is handled by our payment processors (for example, Stripe or PayPal through Squarespace). We do not store your full card details.

How we use it

  • to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations;
  • to provide, manage, and invoice our services;
  • to create and maintain client portal pages;
  • to send updates you have asked for;
  • to understand how the Site is used and improve it;
  • to protect the Site and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The Site is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies to keep the Site working (for example, to remember settings and keep it secure) and to provide us with anonymous visitor analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended. Learn more in Squarespace's privacy policy.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run Red Ink:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email, scheduling, and payment providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
  • Creative partners (for example, a videographer, photographer, makeup artist, or crew member) when you engage us for a project that involves them;
  • Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including the security features of our website and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing soniamichelleyetmingmedia@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required by law.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites and platforms, such as partner pages, community platforms, and social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
